稳妥参与“一带一路”建设是每一个有实力走出去的企业必须优先考虑的问题,如果不认真对待,势必有一些民营建企在“走出去”的道路上要栽跟头。2015年3月28日,国务院正式出台了《推动共建丝绸之路经济带和21世纪海上丝绸之路的愿景与行动》文件,根据该文件,基础设施互联互通是“一带一路”建设的优先领域,而亚投行的建立将为基础设施的建设提供资金支持。
Proper participation in the development of the “Belt and Road” is an issue that every enterprise that has strength to go out must give priority to. If it is not taken seriously, there will inevitably be some private-owned construction enterprises that have to plunge onto the road of “going out”. On March 28, 2015, the State Council formally released the document entitled “Vision and Action for Promoting the Building of the Silk Road Economic Belt and the 21st Century Maritime Silk Road”. According to this document, infrastructure interconnection is the “One Belt, One Road” building Priority areas, while the establishment of the AIIB will provide financial support for the construction of infrastructure.
