目的:采用高效液相色谱法建立抱茎苦荬菜药材的指纹图谱。方法:色谱柱:Hypersil C_(18)(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相:A:乙腈-B:0.4%磷酸(梯度洗脱:0→40 min,A 10%→31%,B 90%→69%),柱温:35℃,检测波长:348 nm,分析时间:40 min,流速:0.9 ml·min~(-1)。结果:抱茎苦荬菜药材指纹图谱共检出8个峰,其中已通过对照品确定6个色谱峰的归属,尚有2个未知峰。结论:本方法可作为控制抱茎苦荬菜药材内在质量的标准。
OBJECTIVE: To establish the fingerprint of the medicinal materials of C. sinensis by high performance liquid chromatography. Methods: Column: Hypersil C18 (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm), mobile phase A: acetonitrile B: 0.4% phosphoric acid (gradient elution: 0 → 40 min, A 10% → 31% 90% → 69%). The column temperature was 35 ℃, the detection wavelength was 348 nm, the analysis time was 40 min and the flow rate was 0.9 ml · min ~ (-1). Results: There were 8 peaks in the fingerprint of medicinal materials of C. sinensis, of which 6 alleles had been identified by reference substance and there were 2 unknown peaks. Conclusion: This method can be used as a standard for controlling the internal quality of medicinal materials of Phragmites australis.
