本文介绍了长庆油田增压站的建设标准及建设内容,使用西门子S7-200PLC实现增压站现场仪表数据采集、与变频器通讯、变频输油控制功能,详细介绍了模拟量库、Modbus RTU主站协议库及PID控制向导的使用,并附示例程序,供编程开发人员学习与参考。
In this paper, the construction standards and construction contents of supercharger station in Changqing Oilfield are introduced. Using Siemens S7-200PLC to realize the data collection of on-site instrumentation of booster station, communication with inverter and frequency conversion oil transmission control, the simulation library, Modbus RTU Master protocol library and the use of PID control wizard, with sample programs for programmers to learn and reference.
