随着经济的回暖,楼市也跟着升温,各项技术的完善使得城市建筑向大型化、多功能化发展,然而大规模楼盘开发却引发了一系列的施工质量问题。水暖工程作为项目工程中重要的一环,它的质量是否达标,关系到给排水及采暖系统能否正常使用。因此,对给排水及采暖系统采用巡视、旁站、平行检验相结合的做法是正确和必要的。要保障工程质量,一定要做到事前防范与预防,事中监督与管理,事后及时处理与改正,以保证施工顺利实施,建筑工程项目圆满竣工。
