采用Galerkin有限元法求解油膜压力的雷诺方程和扰动压力的摄动方程,并分析了螺旋槽径向液体润滑轴承油膜的动态性能.采用逐步修正的迭代法实现正压力区和油膜破裂区交界处的雷诺边界条件.在不同参数下比较了螺旋槽轴承油膜不产生涡动的转轴临界质量Mc,并进行了参数的比较计算.发现合理地选择参数可以得到良好的油膜稳定性,甚至可达到绝对稳定
The Galerkin finite element method was used to solve the Reynolds equation of oil film pressure and perturbed pressure perturbation equation, and the dynamic performance of spiral groove radial liquid lubricated bearing oil film was analyzed. The iterative method of stepwise correction is used to realize the Reynolds boundary conditions at the junction of positive pressure zone and oil film rupture zone. Under different parameters, the critical mass Mc of the rotating shaft of the spiral groove bearing oil film is compared, and the comparison and calculation of the parameters are carried out. Found that a reasonable choice of parameters can be a good oil film stability, and even can achieve absolute stability
