“七五”国家科技攻关项目——75—74—04—10《车床类工具系统的开发》于一九九○年十月二十八日在成都通过了部级鉴定。该项目由成都工具研究所负责,四川工具厂和北京第六工具厂承担了部分分专题的开发工作。通过攻关开发了国产数控车床用车刀,为更好地发挥我国数控车床的使用性能和我国机床产品的出口配套创造了有利条件。该项目开发出了以下几大类新产品: 1、符合ISO5610—1989《装可转位刀片的车刀和仿形车刀的刀杆——尺寸》的外圆、仿形、端面车刀四十八个规格品种(刀片截面为25×25和32×25)。
The “Seventh Five-Year Plan” national science and technology research project - 75-74- 04-10 “Development of lathe tool system” passed the ministerial appraisal in Chengdu on October 28, 1990. The project was led by the Chengdu Institute of Tools, and the Sichuan Tool Factory and the Beijing No. 6 Tool Factory undertook part of the development of the sub-topics. Through the research and development of the domestic turning lathe tool, in order to better display the use of China’s CNC lathe performance and the export of China’s machine tool products to create favorable conditions. The project has developed the following new categories of new products: 1. Conforms to the ISO5610-1989 “Tool Cutters with Indexable Inserts and Profile Cutters - Dimensions” for the outer circle, contouring, and face turning tools. A variety of specifications (blade section 25x25 and 32x25).
