案例:1993年1月3日,上海某合资企业与林×签订为期4年的劳动合同,至1997年1月2日止。 1996年1月4日,林×购商品房一套,约合人民币24万元,按该公司人事劳动合同中购房补贴政策,获购房补贴10万元,并签订了购房补贴协议书。双方约定: ●林×从获得补贴之日起,需为该公司服务5年以上 ●林×在接受补贴后,不论是主观还是客观的原因,在不到5年的服务期限即离开公司,则应偿还相应比例的补贴。(未满1年100%,未满2年80%……)
