叙述了采用不同锻造比锻造后,45号优质碳素结构钢锭原始组织和力学性能的变化。检查锻后组织和力学性能的结果表明:锻造比在1.5—3之间,钢锭组织的破碎和性能的改善都很显著,锻造比在4—6时变化缓和,大于6时几乎不再变化。同时还指出,锻造比对塑性指标:冲击值,断面收缩率和相对伸长率的影响显著,对于强度指标:屈服极限和强度极限的影响很小。
Describes the use of different forging ratio forging, 45, the quality of carbon structural steel ingot original organization and mechanical properties of the changes. The results of examining the microstructure and mechanical properties of the forging showed that the forging ratio was between 1.5 and 3, the breaking and performance improvement of the ingot was significant. The forging ratio changed more moderately at 4-6 and almost no longer than 6. At the same time, it is also pointed out that the forging ratio has significant influence on plasticity index: impact value, reduction of area and relative elongation, but little influence on strength index: yield limit and strength limit.
