采用氧乙炔火焰热喷涂方式,在45钢基体上制备了Ni60和Fe60两种涂层,对涂层进行了高频重熔处理,然后采用光学显微镜、扫描电镜以及能谱对涂层进行了分析。结果表明,涂层中存在有较多的气孔,同时在涂层中存在有未熔颗粒。Ni基涂层经过高频重熔处理后发现涂层中有新相产生,经过能谱分析,发现析出相中Cr含量极高,分析可能是重熔处理中有Cr的化合物产生,硬度测试结果显示Ni基涂层的硬度比Fe基高得多,也证明了这些化合物对涂层性能的积极作用。
In this paper, Ni60 and Fe60 coatings were prepared on 45 steel substrate by oxy-acetylene flame spraying method. The coatings were subjected to high-frequency remelting, and the coatings were analyzed by optical microscope, scanning electron microscope and energy dispersive spectroscopy . The results show that there are many pores in the coating, and there are unmelted particles in the coating. Ni-based coating after high-frequency remelting treatment found a new phase in the coating produced, after the energy spectrum analysis found that the precipitated phase of Cr content is extremely high, the analysis may be remelted with Cr compounds, the hardness test results The hardness of the Ni-based coatings was much higher than that of the Fe-based coatings, demonstrating the positive effect of these compounds on the coating properties.
