以往动力基础设计时,通常采用集总参数法对其进行动力分析,很少采用有限元方法。以西南交通大学在建的三向六自由度双台阵大型地震模拟台为例,引入ANSYS有限元法,与我国《动力机器基础设计规范》(GB 50040—96)方法进行对比分析,验证了采用有限元方法进行动力基础分析的有效性;同时对双台阵地震模拟振动台基础进行动力分析,发现振动台在不同荷载工况下振动对基础的影响基本保持不变;可为地震模拟振动台基础设计提供一些参考和借鉴。
In the past, the basic design of power, usually using lumped parameter method for its dynamic analysis, rarely using finite element method. Taking the three-directional and six-DOF dual-platform large-scale seismic analogue station under construction in Southwest Jiaotong University as an example, ANSYS finite element method is introduced to compare with the method of “Basic Design Code for Power Machinery” (GB 50040-96) The finite element method is used to analyze the validity of the dynamic foundation analysis. At the same time, the dynamic analysis of the foundation of the dual platform seismic analog shaker is carried out. It is found that the impact of the shaker on the foundation under different load conditions remains basically unchanged. Taiwan’s basic design provides some reference and reference.
