为了对曹妃甸油田3条变径海底混输管道实施清管,以其中的WHPE至WHPD海底管道为例,对其清管的可行性进行研究。研制了蝶片直板清管器,其蝶片密封盘具有较好的密封性、柔韧性及耐磨性,通过能力强,可以双向运动,能够适应于变径海底管道清管作业。通过模拟清管过程可知:曹妃甸油田变径海底管道清管是可行的,采用蝶片直板清管器可以较好地完成该管道的清管,清管平均速度为0.8 m/s,清管时间为5 990 s,清管过程中管道入口压力最大值为2.64 MPa,远小于管道入口设计压力与清管器承受压力。辨识出WHPE至WHPD变径海底管道清管的主要风险,并制定相应的应对措施,清管风险可控,安全性较好。研究结果为变径海底管道的完整性管理与风险评价提供了指导。
