有些人晨起不喝水,长期如此会损害健康,甚至导致某些疾病的发生。晨起补充一定的水分,既是人体生理代谢的需要,又是防病健身的有效措施。 人在晚间睡眠中会损失大量水分,主要是通过呼吸、皮肤和便溺失水,使水的代谢入不敷出,可引起全身各组织器官甚至众多细胞都缺水。特别是在北方比较干旱的冬季里,晨起时体内失水更为严重。
Some people do not drink water in the morning, so long as it will harm the health and even lead to certain diseases.
