研究了采用真空复合连铸板坯制造厚钢板的可行性。结果表明,S355J0钢板复合坯料经1200℃加热保温3 h后,复合界面处缝隙已部分熔合;经3道次轧制后,复合钢板基体与结合处组织分别为B+F+少量P及F+少量P+B;再经910℃正火处理后,基体与结合处组织均为F+P+少量B,晶粒度达到8.5级,比轧态明显细化,且力学性能良好。可见,用复合坯料可制造优质特厚钢板。
The feasibility of using vacuum composite continuous casting slab to make thick steel plate was studied. The results show that the microstructure of S355J0 steel plate blank after being heated and heated at 1200 ℃ for 3 h is partially fused. After 3 passes, the matrix and joint of the composite steel plate are B + F + small amount of P and F + + B. After normalizing at 910 ℃, the microstructure of the matrix and the joint were all F + P + B, the grain size reached 8.5, which was obviously refined compared with the as-rolled state and the mechanical properties were good. Visible, with the composite blank can produce high quality thick steel.
