钙渣和钾矿是制备硅钙钾肥的原料,两者混合均匀程度(混匀度)直接影响最终产品的质量。研究采用中性水作提取剂,通过铬酸钡分光光度法测定钙渣和钾矿混合料的提取液中SO24-的含量,以此来衡量混匀度。研究结果表明:采用该法的测定结果的相对标准偏差为1.38%,加标回收率为97.5%~100.4%,精密度和准确度良好,测定混匀度的相对误差在±2%范围内,操作简单、快速,可满足测定要求并应用于生产实践。
Calcium slag and potash are the raw materials for the production of calcium silicate and potassium fertilizer. The degree of mixing (mixing degree) directly affects the quality of the final product. The neutral water was used as extractant, and the content of SO24- in the extract of calcium slag and potassium mine mixture was determined by barium chromate spectrophotometry to measure the mixing uniformity. The results showed that the relative standard deviation (RSD) was 1.38% and the recoveries were 97.5% ~ 100.4%. The precision and accuracy were good. The relative error of the determination of mixing uniformity was within ± 2% Simple and fast operation to meet assay requirements and to be used in production practice.
