火电厂主厂房一般均采用整榀预制,每段重60t 左右。由于施工验算忽略了构件与胎模的粘结力和真空吸附力的影响,因而框架横梁出现出池起吊裂纹。本文在分析装配式钢筋混凝土结构裂纹产生原因的基础上,提出了合理吊点位置和减小吸附力等措施,并对清镇电厂三期扩建工程现场采取预应力复合结构补强方案进行论析。
The main powerhouses of thermal power plants generally use prefabricated prefabricated units, each weighing approximately 60 tons.
