作者介绍了新的异腈类心肌显像剂~(99m)Tc-MMI(MIBI)及其乙基同型物EMI的合成,并用狒狒进行了心肌显像比较.合成:以2-甲基异丙基胺与HCl按比例生成N-2-甲基-2-丙烯基甲酰胺,后者在甲醇(乙醇)中选择性还原和水解生成N-2-甲氧基/乙氧基/-2-甲基丙基甲酰胺,最后用磷酰氯脱水生成2-甲氧基/乙氧基-2-甲基丙基异腈.MIBI/EMI占产物的50~60%,所有产品的化学纯度用GC、IR和NMR
The authors introduce the synthesis of a new isonuclear myocardial imaging agent ~ (99m) Tc-MMI (MIBI) and its ethyl isoform EMI and compare the myocardial imaging with baboons.Methods: N-2-methyl-2-propenylcarboxamide is produced in a ratio of base amine to HCl which is selectively reduced and hydrolyzed in methanol (ethanol) to form N-2-methoxy / ethoxy- Methylpropylformamide, and finally dehydration with phosphorus oxychloride to generate 2-methoxy / ethoxy-2-methylpropyl isonitrile.MIBI / EMI accounted for 50 ~ 60% of the product, the chemical purity of all products with GC IR and NMR
