目的:探讨了血清CysC、尿NAG和尿β2-MG对监测原发性高血压肾损伤中的临床价值。方法:采用免疫比浊法和酶联法对76例原发性高血压患者进行了血清CysC、尿NAG和尿β2-MG水平测定,并与35名健康人做比较。结果:原发性高血压肾病患者血清CysC、尿NAG和尿β2-MG水平均非常显著地高于正常人组(P<0.01)且血清CysC水平与尿NAG、尿β2-MG水平呈显著正相关(γ=0.4925,0.6139、P<0.01)。结论:血清CysC,尿NAG和尿β2-MG水平检测对原发性高血压患者早期肾损伤有较高的临床价值。“,”objective: To clinical values of measurement of change of serum CysC.U-NAG,U-β2-MG levels in patients with primary hypertension nephropathy. methods: serum CysC, .U-NAG(with immunoturbidimetry assay ), U-β2-MG(with ElisA) levels were determined in 76 patients with primary hypertension nephropathy and 35 controls. Results: serum CysC U-NAG,U-β2-MG levels were significantly higher than those in controls(P<0.01).serum CysC levels were positively correlated with U-NAG, U-β2-MG (r=0.4925,0.6139. P<0.01). Conclusions: Detecting the levels of CysC, U-NAG,U-β2-MG had a higher valuation in early diagnosing renal function damage .
