高温耐热特种钢,钢质坚韧,用一般的机械加工制样很困难。采用砂轮切割、切片再经砂轮磨光和砂纸抛光的制样方法快速简便,但砂轮、砂纸中的铝硅污染了试样,且铝硅间在测定时有较强的吸收和增强效应:如图所示,Si_(Kα)线可被Al的K吸收限吸收;Al_(Kα)线会被Si_(Kα)线增强。因此,铝、硅污染,都会影响铝、硅的测定结果。为避免污染,可用火花刨,但增加了工序;若用金刚砂浆液研磨,手续较繁。我们采用低铝硅砂纸加水研磨,既保证了样品表面的光洁度,又基本上消除了污染。
