目前,基层社、分销店新同志多,很多没有经过训练,不懂农副产品采购技术,而且往往单店一人,又没处询问,出现因辨不清商品等级,在收购中把不同品质、价格的商品混为一谈,把分等收购的商品,误为混庄收购,以及压级压价和抬级抬价收购等情况。这对农民搞多种经营的积极性有一定影响。
At present, there are many new comrades in grassroots clubs and distribution stores. Many of them have not been trained and do not understand the technology for purchasing agricultural and sideline products. They often have one shop alone and they have nowhere to ask whether they have discerned commodity grades and have different quality and prices in the acquisition.
