十五名肉食包装女工在通风不良的冷冻室内加热封切薄膜食品袋,陆续出现呼吸困难、胸痛、发热、寒战、上腹痛等症状。症状往往在工作后2～3小时出现,脱离工作几个小时可恢复。发病率在80%左右。吸烟者比不吸烟者症状更为突出,两者各种症状出现的百分数分别为:呼吸困难67、33;胸痛56、50;咳嗽44,0;疲乏56、33;嗜睡眩晕56、50;头痛33、50;肌痛56、0;发热44、0;恶心33、17。经三次调查分析,发现上述症状是由于包装工人吸入聚氯乙烯薄膜加热切割封袋时所产生的烟雾所
