行政垄断是因特定主体滥用行政权力所导致的垄断,是我国现阶段的主要垄断形式。我国大量的行政垄断对经济和社会发展带来了极大危害。通过对行政垄断危害的分析,揭示了我国现阶段立法规制行政垄断的原因,并结合实际探讨了我国当前反行政垄断立法存在的缺陷,最后提出了进一步完善行政垄断立法规制的若干建议。 Administrative monopoly is a monopoly caused by abuse of administrative power by a specific subject and is the main form of monopoly in our country at the present stage. The large number of administrative monopolies in our country have brought great harm to economic and social development. Through the analysis of the harm of administrative monopoly, this article reveals the reasons for the legislative regulation of administrative monopoly at the present stage in our country, and discusses the defects of current anti-administrative monopoly legislation in our country. Finally, it puts forward some suggestions to further improve the legislative regulation of administrative monopoly.
