脉冲管制冷机的实用化是目前脉冲管制冷机的一个主要研究方向。介绍了作者为提高脉冲管效率而研究的一种分离结构的两级脉冲管制冷机。实验获得了117 K的最低温度,制冷量3 W/20 K. 采用名义功率22 k W G M 压缩机驱动得到了124 K的最低温度, 制冷量2 W/185 K, 4 W/246 K, 实际输入功率约15k W。这一效果已基本达到了实用化应用的要求。该研究表明脉冲管制冷机的效率在20 K 温区已接近类似的 G M 制冷机。
The practical application of pulse tube refrigerator is one of the main research directions of pulse tube refrigerator at present. This paper introduces a two-stage pulse tube refrigerator with separated structure which is researched by the author to improve the efficiency of the pulse tube. The experiment obtained a minimum temperature of 117 K with a capacity of 3 W / 20 K. The nominal temperature of 2 2 k W G M compressor driven 12 4 K minimum temperature, cooling capacity of 2 W / 18 5 K, 4 W / 24 6 K, the actual input power of about 1 5kW. This effect has basically reached the practical application requirements. This study shows that the efficiency of a pulse tube refrigerator is similar to that of a similar G M refrigerator in the 20 K temperature range.
