随着种子育、繁、销产业化的进程,种子企业内部的管理也逐渐完善起来,针对不同的分工出现了许多职能部门。围绕新品种推广的部门有育种试验、新品种开发和经营等。新品种的跨地区试验、示范工作一般主要由新品种开发和经营部门来负责,但是这两大部门如何才能更好地完成这项任务,笔者提出几点浅见。 1 对新品种的认识对新品种的认识不能仅停留在新品种的资源介绍,更不能只听别人口传,应深入到品种的品比试验,详细了解各品种所特有的特征特性,具体了解品比试验中的各个表现性状
