胡敏酸盐经过我区各地半年多来的施用证明,是一种很好的植物生长刺激剂。据泸州专区农科所采用小区对比试验,以及泸县、隆昌、叙永等地农民的大田施用结果,一般施用胡敏酸盐的作物增产均在10—20%,高的达50%以上。如泸县昆卢公社1959年在860余亩耕地上普遍施用胡敏酸盐后一股增产20—25%,其中水稻增产20%左右,高粱增产50%以上,红苕增产20%左右,蔬菜(主要是黄瓜)增产50%以上。
