针对现有矿用隔爆箱设计校验方法适用范围小、安全裕度过大、浪费材料和缺乏整体性理论分析等问题,采用普通公式法与有限元分析法相结合的方法,利用SolidWorks Simulation有限元软件对爆炸过程中的矿用隔爆箱进行了模态分析、瞬态热分析和热-结构非线性动力学耦合分析,校验其隔爆性和耐爆性,并进行优化设计分析。
Aiming at the problems such as small applicable scope, excessive safety margins, material waste and lack of theoretical analysis of the overall design of the existing flameproof box, the method of ordinary formula method combined with finite element analysis method is used, Meta-software carried out modal analysis, transient thermal analysis and thermo-structural nonlinear dynamic coupling analysis of mine explosion-proof enclosure in explosion process to verify its explosion-proof and explosion-proof performance and carry out optimization design analysis.
