对机械系统进行失效分析后,需要对失效情景进行排序,以筛选出重要失效模式进行优先纠正。针对传统的风险优先数(RPN)排序方法存在的缺陷,从减少主观因素的干扰以及提高优先数可信度的角度,论文提出了基于经济损失的风险优先数排序方法(risk priority number ranking method based on economic losses-ERPN)。首先确定出某潜在失效情景的严重度,再确定出其初始事件发生概率以及此失效所导致的经济损失,用两者的乘积作为ERPN值并进行排序;按照TRIZ中解决概念设计问题的方法对失效进行分类,提出了基于物质-场模型和发明原理的失效纠正方案。将该排序和纠正方法综合应用在珍珠岩吸音板生产线的模具提升和下放机构中,取得了良好的效果。
