石油天然气是现代工业经济的能源基础之一,是经济发展的动力因素,对我国的经济发展有着举足轻重的作用。随着我国对石油天然气资源的开发利用,取得了重大的成就,现代经济发展对这些资源的依赖程度也越来越高。同时,随着国家对石油天然气行业发展模式的不断变革,允许不同背景资本进入该行业,石油天然气行业逐步进入市场化竞争的时代,这给原有处于垄断地位的国有大型石油企业提出了严峻的挑战。本文通过对企业的内部和外部两个环境的分析,对石油天然气企业加快结构调整、建立现代企业管理体制进行了阐述
As one of the energy bases of modern industrial economy, oil and gas are the dynamic factors of economic development and play an important role in the economic development of our country. With the development and utilization of oil and gas resources in our country, great achievements have been made and the dependence of modern economic development on these resources is getting higher and higher. At the same time, with the continuous reform of the development pattern of the oil and gas industry in the country and allowing different background capitals to enter the industry, the oil and gas industry has gradually entered an era of market-oriented competition, which has posed a serious threat to the existing large-scale state-owned petroleum enterprises challenge. Through the analysis of the internal and external environment of the enterprise, this paper elaborates on accelerating the structural adjustment of oil and gas enterprises and establishing the modern enterprise management system
