“Customer-centric ” customer relationship management mode of operation has begun to be the initial application of quality inspection technical agencies in the market of its inspection business. The paper discusses the construction direction of quality inspection technical institutions under customer relationship management mode and expounds the role of data mining techniques in customer relationship management of quality inspection technical institutions from five aspects.
