目的评价福建省龙海市居民应对突发公共卫生事件知识与技能的健康教育干预效果。方法用多阶段整群抽样法,对基线调查的500人和末期评估的300人进行问卷调查。结果经过1年干预后,居民的非典、鼠疫知识与技能得分略有提高但未达显著性水平,应对灾害、传染病和食物中毒预防等知识和技能得分均有提高。结论形式多样的健康教育,对提高居民应对突发公共卫生事件知识与技能有显著效果。
Objective To evaluate the effects of health education interventions on the knowledge and skills of public health emergencies in Longhai City, Fujian Province. Methods A multistage cluster sampling method was used to survey the baseline survey of 500 people and the final assessment of 300 people. Results After 1-year intervention, residents’ SARS and STD score increased slightly but did not reach significant level, and both knowledge and skill scores of response to disasters, infectious diseases and food poisoning were improved. Conclusions Various forms of health education have a significant effect on improving residents’ knowledge and skills in coping with emergent public health emergencies.
