目的:对药剂科实施质量管理的效果进行观察分析,为今后的药剂科管理工作提供可靠的参考依据。方法:对我院药剂科实施质量管理前后的相关数据进行回顾性分析,将实施质量管理前作为对照组,实施质量管理后作为观察组,对这两组药品管理情况、患者满意度等进行对比分析。结果:观察组药品过期、损坏、滥用现象发生率较对照组低,患者满意度较对照组高。结论:全面的药剂科质量管理制度可以使药品质量与合理使用得到促进,提高了患者的满意度,值得关注。
OBJECTIVE: To observe and analyze the effect of quality management in the pharmacy department and provide a reliable reference for future pharmacy management. Methods: The data before and after the implementation of quality management in pharmacy department of our hospital were retrospectively analyzed, before the implementation of quality management as a control group, after the implementation of quality management as an observation group, the two groups of drug management, patient satisfaction were compared analysis. Results: The incidence of drug expired, damaged and abused in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the patients' satisfaction was higher than that of the control group. Conclusion: The comprehensive quality management system of pharmacy department can promote the quality and rational use of medicines and raise patient satisfaction, which deserves attention.
