1 概述采油十厂松花江水源工程,是大庆石油管理局重点工程,其松花江护岸工程采用沉井固脚,预制混凝土板护坡型式.受江水汛期影响很大,工期紧,为提高沉井混凝土强度,加快模板周转,确定汛前必须施工完,决定采用水泥裹砂混凝土新工艺,此项新工艺是近年来国内推出的一种混凝土搅拌新工艺,主要特点是分次投料,在不增加水泥用量的情况下,通过改变投料顺序,提高拌合质量,先加入砂子、河卵石及70%的水,搅拌均匀后,再加入水泥搅拌,使水泥颗粒充分分散而包裹在砂粒表面,可明显的改善混凝土内部的结构和各种性能,我处在松花江水源护岸工程首次应用了该项混凝土新工艺,取得了较好的经济效益和社会效益.
