目的了解徐州市蟑螂密度和抗药性水平,为蟑螂防治提供科学依据。方法密度调查用粘捕法,抗药性测试用药膜法。结果 各类环境共捕获蟑螂4 863只,均为德国小蠊,平均侵害率为14.03%,密度为2.25只/张。侵害率餐饮最高,为21.11%,密度农贸市场(超市)最高,为3.48只/张8,月密度和侵害率达到高峰;德国小蠊对残杀威、乙酰甲胺磷、高效氯氰菊酯的抗性系数分别为0.76、0.60和2.73。结论德国小蠊为优势种群,活动高峰在夏季,宾馆、农贸市场密度较高,应加强蟑螂监测和防治工作;高效氯氰菊酯应谨慎使用。
Objective To understand the density and drug resistance of cockroaches in Xuzhou and provide a scientific basis for the prevention and treatment of cockroaches. Methods Density investigation with sticky capture method, drug resistance test membrane method. Results A total of 4 863 cockroaches were caught in all environments, all of them were German cockroaches with an average invasion rate of 14.03% and a density of 2.25 per plant. Conclusions German cockroach is the dominant species. The activity peak is high in summer. The density of hotels and farmers’ markets is high. Cockroach monitoring and prevention should be strengthened. Beta-cypermethrin should be used with caution.
