数字化X线摄影与磁共振成像在乳腺导管原位癌诊断中的对比应用

目的探讨数字化X线摄影与磁共振成像(magnetic resonance imaging,MRI)在乳腺导管原位癌(ductal carcinoma in situ,DCIS)诊断中的应用价值。方法回顾性分析39例经手术及病理检查证实为DCIS患者的X线及MRI影像学资料。结果 39例中X线摄影诊断正确28例(71.8%),MRI诊断正确32例(82.0%)。X线摄影结合MRI诊断正确36例(92.3%)。结论 X线摄影与MRI对DCIS的诊断具有重要作用,两者联合应用可提高其诊断准确率。 Objective To investigate the value of digital radiography and magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) in the diagnosis of ductal carcinoma in situ (DCIS). Methods Retrospective analysis of X-ray and MRI imaging data of 39 patients with DCIS confirmed by operation and pathology. Results Of the 39 cases, 28 cases (71.8%) were correctly diagnosed by X-ray and 32 cases (82.0%) were correctly diagnosed by MRI. X-ray photography combined with MRI diagnosis of correct 36 cases (92.3%). Conclusion X-ray photography and MRI have an important role in the diagnosis of DCIS. The combination of both can improve the diagnostic accuracy of DCIS.
