CT1750型和CT1760型混合式微型电路光纤发送机和接收机可用于军用数据总线。1750型发送机能把串联的晶体管-晶体管逻辑电路的数据流转换成光脉冲;1760型接收机则把输入的光脉冲转换成晶体管-晶体管逻辑电路的数字式数据。 1750型发送机工作在850nm波长期间,把200μW的光功率耦合进数值孔径为0.3的100/140μm光纤。光能是LED光源产生的,在-55℃~+85℃温度范围内输出稳定。据制造商介绍,该发送机含有功率控制功能,能够减少备用状态下的功率消耗。
CT1750 and CT1760 hybrid microcircuit fiber optic transmitters and receivers are available for military data buses. The Model 1750 transmitter converts the data stream from a cascaded transistor-transistor logic circuit into a light pulse. The 1760 receiver converts the incoming light pulse into digital data for the transistor-transistor logic. Model 1750 transmitter operates at 850 nm wavelength and couples 200 μW of optical power into a 100/140 μm fiber with a numerical aperture of 0.3. Light energy is generated by LED light source, stable output in -55 ℃ ~ + 85 ℃ temperature range. According to the manufacturer, the transmitter contains power control functions that reduce power consumption in standby mode.
