本文报告从１９６０年以来收治的８例股骨肿瘤合并病理性骨折患者，在治疗上提出３种手术治疗方法及其适应证，作者主张积极手术治疗并认为以上术式及适应证也适合其他长骨的肿瘤性骨折．
This article reports 8 cases of femoral tumors combined with pathological fractures treated since 1960. Three surgical treatment methods and indications are proposed in the treatment. The authors advocate active surgical treatment and believe that the above methods and indications are also suitable for other long bones. Tumor fractures.
