分别将合成的壳聚糖-3,5-二甲基苯基氨基甲酸酯-脲基衍生物涂敷到自制的ZrO2微球及SBA-15上,制得两种高效液相色谱手性固定相(ZrO2-CSP,SBA-CSP)。在所得固定相上以正己烷/醇为流动相对5种手性化合物进行了拆分。两种手性固定相在正相模式下对5种手性化合物均具有一定的手性识别能力。化合物1,2,5分别在ZrO2-CSP上流动相为正己烷/异丙醇(95/5,V/V)、正己烷/乙醇(90/10,V/V)、正己烷/正丁醇(90/10,V/V)中获最佳分离,化合物3,4在SBA-CSP上流动相为正己烷/正丙醇(90/10,V/V)中获最佳分离。
The synthesized chitosan-3,5-dimethylphenylcarbamate-ureido derivatives were applied to self-made ZrO2 microspheres and SBA-15 to prepare two kinds of high performance liquid chromatography chiral Stationary phase (ZrO2-CSP, SBA-CSP). Five chiral compounds were resolved on a stationary phase with n-hexane / alcohol as the mobile phase. The two chiral stationary phases have certain ability of chiral recognition for five kinds of chiral compounds in normal phase mode. The mobile phases of compound 1, 2 and 5 were n-hexane / isopropanol (95/5, V / V), n-hexane / ethanol (90/10, V / Alcohol (90/10, V / V). The best separation of compounds 3,4 on the SBA-CSP was n-hexane / n-propanol (90/10, V / V).
