目的:观察部队官兵濒海驻训期间,应用自制便携式紫外线杀菌烘干鞋架杀菌烘干鞋靴防治足癣的效果。方法:选择足癣90例,随机分为观察组和对照组各45例。对照组外用咪康唑乳膏,2次/d;观察组在此基础上每天使用自制便携式紫外线杀菌烘干鞋架烘干胶鞋或作战靴20min。2周后停药。观察组继续使用便携式紫外线杀菌烘干鞋架,每周3次;对照组仅日常晾晒胶鞋或作战靴。分别于治疗后2周和停药后3个月,比较两组疗效及足癣复发情况。结果:治疗后2周,观察组治愈40例,占88.9%;有效5例,占11.1%。对照组治愈31例,占68.9%;有效14例,占31.1%。观察组治愈率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。停药后3个月,观察组复发7例,占15.6%;对照组复发21例,占46.7%。观察组复发率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:使用便携式紫外线杀菌烘干鞋架杀菌烘干鞋靴,可有效提高部队官兵足癣治愈率,降低复发率。
OBJECTIVE: To observe the effect of preventing and treating tinea pedis by using homemade portable UV sterilizing and drying shoe rack to sterilize and dry shoes during the troops stationed in the sea near the military. Methods: 90 cases of athlete’s foot were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group, 45 cases each. Control group external miconazole cream, 2 times / d; observation group on the basis of daily use of homemade portable UV drying drying shoe rack drying shoes or combat boots 20min. After 2 weeks withdrawal. Observation group continued to use portable UV sterilization drying shoe rack, three times a week; control group only daily drying shoes or combat boots. Respectively in 2 weeks after treatment and 3 months after stopping, the two groups were compared efficacy and recurrence of tinea pedis. Results: Two weeks after treatment, the observation group cured 40 cases, accounting for 88.9%; effective in 5 cases, accounting for 11.1%. The control group cured 31 cases, accounting for 68.9%; effective in 14 cases, accounting for 31.1%. The cure rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P <0.05). Three months after discontinuation, the observation group recurred in 7 cases (15.6%) and in the control group (21 cases), accounting for 46.7%. The recurrence rate in observation group was significantly lower than that in control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: The use of portable UV sterilizing drying shoe rack sterilization drying shoes, can effectively improve the military officers and soldiers tinea cruris cure rate and reduce the recurrence rate.
