一、前言为适应开发矿业的需要,矿井提升机的提升能力有了较大的提高(比仿苏老产品提升机的提升能力提高20~60%,提升速度提高20%左右)若仍用渐开线软齿面的齿轮,减速器的重量和体积必然很大。为了满足提升能力提高的要求,采用了圆弧齿形的减速器,不但满足了要求,较渐开线减速器的重量还有减少,表1举例说明。洛阳矿山厂自一九五八年试制第一台圆弧齿轮减速器以来,到六五年前为第一阶段,这一段共试制了卅多台,主要作提高承载能力减轻重量的试验,使用了不同的齿形和参数,是
