在建立团队知识共享意愿、非正式隐性知识交流与知识创造之间关系的理论模型的基础上,采用结构方程模型对3个潜变量间的相互关系进行实证分析。实证结果表明:团队知识共享意愿分别与知识社会化、知识外显化、知识组合化和知识内隐化呈正相关关系,团队知识共享意愿对知识社会化的正向促进作用最明显;团队知识共享意愿分别与非正式隐性知识面对面交流、非正式隐性知识虚拟对话交流之间呈正相关关系,团队知识共享意愿对非正式隐性知识面对面交流的正向促进作用更为显著;非正式隐性知识交流的两个方式分别是团队知识共享意愿与知识创造4个流程的中介变量。
On the basis of establishing the theoretical model of the relationship between team willingness to knowledge sharing, informal tacit knowledge exchange and knowledge creation, the structural equation model is used to analyze the interrelationship among the three latent variables. The empirical results show that: the willingness of team knowledge sharing is positively correlated with knowledge socialization, knowledge explicitness, knowledge combination and knowledge implicitness respectively, and the positive effect of team knowledge sharing willingness on knowledge socialization is the most obvious; team knowledge sharing Willingness to face the informal tacit knowledge face-to-face exchange, informal tacit knowledge virtual dialogue between the exchange of positive correlation between the team knowledge-sharing willingness to informal tacit knowledge face-to-face communication positive promotion effect is more significant; informal recessive The two ways of knowledge exchange are the mediating variables of team’s knowledge sharing desire and knowledge creation process.
