在省政协八届五次会议闭幕会上,省政协对近5年来的优秀提案进行表彰。民革江苏省委有5件集体提案被评为优秀提案,7件委员个人提案受到表彰,获奖率占优秀提案总数的10.9%。自省政协七届五次会议以来,省民革共提交集体提案64件,委员个人提案211件。省民革把提案工作看作是参政议政的主渠道,在提案工作上,紧紧围绕中共江苏省委、省政府的中心工作,围绕人民群众关注的热点、难点问题,通过深入调研,建言献策,为省委和省政府决策提供参考。提案所反映的问题和建议,多次受到省委、省政府主要领导的批示。在集体提案中,得到省委书记、副书记批示办理的提案有3件,省长、副省长批示办理的提案有10件,省政府十几个厅局承办了民革的提案。在省政协八届五次会议上,民革江苏省委共向大会递交集体提案21件,委员个人提案36件,是历次省政协全委会议上提案数量最多和质量最高的一次。提案反映的很多问题受到省委、省政府的高度重视,受到多家新闻单位的关注和报道。如针对当前城市建设中一些项目在审批、论证开工建设后即遭多数市民反
At the closing ceremony of the fifth meeting of the Eighth CPPCC Provincial Committee, the CPPCC National Committee commended outstanding proposals in the past five years. Since the Fifth Plenary Session of the Seventh CPPCC, Provincial Revolutionary Committee has submitted 64 collective proposals and 211 individual proposals of members. At the fifth meeting of the Eighth Provincial Committee of the CPPCC, the CPC Provincial Committee of the People’s Revolution of Jiangsu Province submitted a total of 21 collective proposals and 36 individual proposals to the General Assembly. This was the highest number and highest quality of proposals made at the plenary sessions of provincial CPPCC committees.
