经过一年多的建设,共1800平方米的李斌展示厅不久前在上海电气临港重型机械装备基地揭幕开放。为一位劳模巨资建立展示厅,在全国尚属首次。李斌展示厅以李斌先进事迹为主线,以先进装备制造业发展历史为背景,分“产业工人颂”、“岁月风流”、“工人李斌”、“薪火传承”四个展区。除采用照片、文字、实物、图表等表现形式外,还运用了多媒体等现代布展手法,全方位展示了“爱岗敬业、刻苦钻研、勇于创新、无私奉献”的李斌精神和上海电气劳模的时代精神。上海电气的4425名劳模群像也在李斌展示厅生动展示。展厅旨在通过李斌成长的这个真实故事的演绎、先进典型的示范,号召更多的员工向李斌学习,立足岗位成才,不断发明创新。本刊重点精选了在2013李斌论坛会上的有关人士的发言,从不同侧面阐述了学习李斌精神的重要意义。
