以禄大公路K51+960~K52+035段现浇梁梁桥改为路堤式锚索桩板墙的工程实例为背景,通过对该段的工程地质概况进行分析,介绍了K52+000和K52+025处左侧路堤锚索桩板墙设计施工方案,从预应力锚索桩板墙工程施工工序、抗滑桩施工工艺、锚索施工工艺等技术角度,分析了设计更改的合理性;对比分析了2种施工方式的工程量,从经济效益角度分析了设计更改的合理性。上述研究为路堤式锚索桩板墙的应用提供了科学参考依据。
Based on the engineering example of replacing the cast-in-situ beam girder bridge with K51 + 960 ~ K52 + 035 section of Lu highway to the embankment anchor pile wall, the paper analyzes the engineering geology of the section, and introduces K52 + 000 and K52 +025 at the left side of the embankment cable pile wall design and construction program, from prestressed anchor sheet pile wall construction process, anti-slide pile construction technology, anchor cable construction technology and other technical point of view, the rationality of the design changes; The construction quantities of the two kinds of construction methods are analyzed, and the rationality of design changes is analyzed from the perspective of economic benefits. The above research provides a scientific reference for the application of embankment anchor pile wall.
