当前,一大批冶金企业正在以财务管理信息化为切入点向企业管理信息化迈进,全面启动了ERP工程。如何提高项目的成功率,做到建设周期短、投资少、效果好,使信息化建设健康发展,尚面临不少问题。其中,如何正确处理自主开发与借用外力的关系,就是值得认真研究和探讨的问题。对此,目前有两种倾向值得注意。一是有的企业图省事、赶进度,完全依靠开发商,全面引进专业公司的成套技术。这样,不仅投资大、要求高,而且脱离企业实际、缺乏与企业生产经营系统的运转磨合,企业操作人员由于没有经过开发试验,突然接手新技术而难以适应,实际效果不够
