目的探讨预防儿童肱骨髁上骨折肘内翻发生的方法。方法对630例肱骨髁上骨折行闭合复位经皮钢针内固定术治疗。结果本组随访时间6~36个月,骨折端愈合时间均为术后3~5周。肘关节疗效评定结果:优546例,良73例,可8例,差3例,优良率98.3%。结论预防儿童肱骨髁上骨折肘内翻的发生应加强手法整复的技能,术中矫正骨折远端的尺偏、尺倾及旋转,术后重视肢体位置的摆放。 Objective To explore a method to prevent elbow varus humerus fractures in children. Methods 630 cases of supracondylar fracture of humerus were treated with closed reduction and percutaneous needle internal fixation. Results The follow-up time ranged from 6 months to 36 months. The healing time of fractures was 3 to 5 weeks after operation. Elbow curative effect evaluation results: Excellent 546 cases, good 73 cases, 8 cases, poor in 3 cases, excellent and good rate of 98.3%. Conclusion Prevention of cubital supracondylar fractures of children with cubitus varus should strengthen the skill of plastic surgery, intraoperative correction of fracture distal ulnar deviation, ulnar and rotation, postoperative emphasis on the location of the limbs.
