采用在体犬心脏冠状动脉左前降支上1/3 处结扎,造成急性心肌缺血,观察党参对左室内压(LVP)、左室舒张终末压(LVEDP)、30 点心外膜心电图的影响。结果表明:结扎后3h,党参组LVP基本无改变,而空白对照组下降明显。党参组的LVEDP均值和改变率显著低于对照组,同时能明显提高正常心电图的构成比,在一定程度上减少梗塞面积。提示党参可能是通过减少心肌供血的灌注阻力、维持灌注压力,从而改善心肌缺血的。
The effect of Codonopsis pilosula on left ventricular pressure (LVP), left ventricular end-diastolic pressure (LVEDP), and 30 epicardial electrocardiogram were observed after ligation of the left anterior descending coronary artery of the dog’s heart. . The results showed that at 3 h after ligation, LVP in the Codonopsis group did not change, but the blank control group decreased significantly. The LVEDP mean value and change rate of Dangshen group were significantly lower than those of the control group. At the same time, the composition ratio of normal ECG was significantly increased, and the infarct size was reduced to some extent. Codonopsis suggests that Codonopsis may improve myocardial ischemia by reducing perfusion resistance of myocardial blood supply and maintaining perfusion pressure.
