建立包含风电机组和火电机组调频控制的平均系统频率模型,推导其线性化形式进行特征结构分析,以特征值的变化规律为依据选择参数.发现较大的变桨响应时间需要增大PI控制参数以补偿桨距角动作的滞后性,缩短过渡过程,在高风速下可避免慢衰减的振荡.通过改进WSCC9节点测试系统可验证参数选择方法的有效性.“,”The variable-speed wind turbine generators (WTGs) under deloading operation participate in primary frequency regulation (PFR) by adjusting the rotor speed and the pitch angle,which is beneficial to power system frequency stability.Thus the control parameter for the pitch angle adjustment should be elaborated.The average system frequency model including PFR strategies of the WTGs and the thermal generators is proposed,whose linear form is derived for eigenvalue analysis.The parameters for the pitch angle control are chosen based on the locus of the eigenvalues.It is found that larger PI parameter is needed for larger response time constant of the pitch angle to compensate delay of the pitch angle control,which shortens the dynamic process,and avoids slowly decaying oscillation with high wind speed.The parameter setting is verified by the 9-bus WSCC test system.
