用有限差分法对激光辐照下复合材料树脂基热解时的一维温度场模型进行数值求解,将数值模拟结果与相关文献中给出的实验结果进行对比。结果表明:考虑了对流传输效应的数值模拟结果比没有考虑对流传输效应的数值模拟结果与实验结果符合的更好,即热分解气体的对流传输对树脂基复合材料的温度场有较大的影响。因此,在不引入力学量的前提下,建立激光辐照下复合材料树脂基热解时的三维温度场模型时,需要考虑热分解气体的对流传输效应。
The finite difference method was used to solve the one-dimensional temperature field model of the composite resin under laser irradiation. The numerical simulation results were compared with the experimental results given in the literature. The results show that the numerical simulation considering the convection effect is better than the numerical simulation without considering the convection effect. The convection of the pyrolysis gas has a great influence on the temperature field of the resin matrix composites . Therefore, under the premise of not introducing mechanical quantity, the convection effect of pyrolysis gas needs to be considered when establishing the three-dimensional temperature field model of resin composite under laser irradiation.
