试验以甜高粱秆为原料进行固态发酵,通过单因子试验和正交试验,研究了不同甜高粱品种,不同菌种,以及发酵条件(包括pH值、接种量、发酵温度、发酵时间等)对发酵产物酒精度的影响,提出了适合生产燃料乙醇的条件。研究结果表明:四粒美为适宜发酵的甜高粱品种;丹宝利酵母为适宜的发酵菌种;最终确定甜高粱秆生产燃料乙醇的丹保利酵母较适宜发酵条件为:pH6.0,接种量为5%,发酵温度为33℃,发酵时间为3d;最终发酵产物酒精度为4.1%(v/v)。在此条件下,按每亩收获甜高粱秆5000kg计算,燃料乙醇的产量可达328.0kg。
In this study, sweet sorghum stalks were used as raw materials for solid state fermentation. The effects of different sweet sorghum varieties, different strains and fermentation conditions (including pH value, inoculum size, fermentation temperature and fermentation time) on single factor test and orthogonal test were studied. The effect of the alcohol content of fermentation products, put forward the conditions suitable for the production of fuel ethanol. The results showed that: the four grains are the sweet sorghum varieties suitable for fermentation; the Dan Baoli yeast is the suitable fermentation strains; the optimum fermentation conditions of Danbury yeast with the sweet sorghum straw for producing fuel ethanol are pH6.0, inoculum size Was 5%, the fermentation temperature was 33 ℃, the fermentation time was 3d; the alcohol content of the final fermentation product was 4.1% (v / v). Under this condition, according to 5000kg of sorghum stalk per mu, the output of fuel ethanol can reach 328.0kg.
