随着对造型线生产率及铸件质量要求的提高,对型砂性能的在线检测及控制提出了更高的要求,而计算机应用技术及机电一体化技术的飞速发展,使得实施在线检测-控制型砂性能成为可能。基于此,研究与开发型砂在线控制仪在国际上也是铸造技术的前沿课题之一。通过理论研究与实验验证,证明了本研究所指的一套型砂性能自动控制系统,具有良好的重复性和可靠性,用其可实现型砂性能的在线检测与控制。
