近年来,平果县大力进行文化产业发展,多次申报国家级和自治区级非物质文化遗产项目,截至目前共有国家级非物质文化遗产项目1项、自治区级非物质文化遗产5项,发现和保护的县市级非遗项目近一千项。为贯彻落实国家非遗保护“保护为主,抢救第一,合理利用,传承发展”的方针,应适当的结合平果县的经济发展特点和平果县少数民族文化特色选取一些非遗项目进行非遗产业化开发,在本文中,笔者将通过PEST分析法来对广西平果县的非物质文化遗产产业化业化现状进行分析研究,主要是通过对平果县的政治因素、经济因素、社会文化因素和技术因素进行一个宏观的产业发展环境分析,最后通过分析得出平果县非遗产业化发展的对策。
In recent years, Pingguo County vigorously carried out the development of cultural industries and applied for several national and regional non-material cultural heritage projects. In order to implement the principle of non-state protection, “protection first, rescue first, rational utilization and inheritance and development”, we should select some non-heritage items according to the characteristics of economic development in Pingguo County and the cultural characteristics of ethnic minorities in Pingguo County In this article, I will PEST analysis of Pingguoxian intangible cultural heritage in Guangxi industrialization of the status quo of analysis, mainly through the Pingguo political factors, economic factors , Social and cultural factors and technical factors in a macro-industrial development environment analysis, and finally come to Pingguo County non-heritage industrialization development countermeasures.
